"The Ultimate Race Transporter" To celebrate our 300th build we produced something a bit special!!
This transporter is 100% Hopkins using our own designs, chassis, hydraulicsetc and was built in just under 16 weeks the design/layout can be adapted for a multiple of formulas, in this configuration it can carry 2 x GT cars on the top deck and 2 x Formula cars upto and including GP2.
13.6m x 4m travelling height race transporter, 2,500kg 2 tier dhollandia Tail lift, 13 kva marine application generator, hydrovane compressor, self seeking sattelitte, wireless internet, HMS hydraulic pop up roof, 2 x 13m x 8 awnings.
The workshop area has a fixed height of 2m and will carry any acr of a maximum height of 1.1m, full elngth overhead lockers on both sides fitted listas on both sides, folding benchs at the rear for storage of FIA refulling rig if required. Removable partiotion to form drivers sleeping area if required.
In under 5 minutes a seperate room can be installed at the rear that can act as beds or seating for the drivers. On the goose neck is a managment office that functions with the roof up or down, external storage lockers are below the office.
The transporter can be changed from car transporter to circuit operations vehicle in under 20 minutes, including lifting the roof, installing all partitions and setting up the sattelites etc.
The top deck has a 1300mm height when travelling that will allow for the storage of 2 cars or flight cases and pit equipment. In circuit configuration it has an engiineers office for 12 people and a seprate storage length approx 3m.
All the table and seats are removable to maximise loading space, this area is alos fitted with circuit data TV's and sattelite TV, remote printers etc.

This transporter was built speciffically for teams competing in World wide series's, to accomodate a maximum no's of flight cases but still function as a race transporter.

The lower workshop are has alength of approx 5m, folding benchs at the rear to allow for the storage of flight cases durring transit, roller shutter doors into fixed storage above the wheel archs on one side, full length lista cabinets with overhead lockers on the opposite.
In front of the workshop is an open storage space that forms an office when the transporter is un-loaded. recessed tracking to the floor and walls, air conditioning, central hub station behind roller shuuter door for all data coms and mast comunications. This room is fitted with a personell door to either side.

156 was the first transporter we built for the FIA Drag Racing Championship, to optimise the design we worked closely with Michael Malgrem Former FIA pro stock champion.
The design of the Drag teams transporter differed to the typical race transporter, the transporter has single car capacity on the second deck when the car is removed 6x folding beds hinged from the walls to form a sleeping area.
The front 6m of the transporter was finished with solid cherry cabinets, suede walls, leather seating, air conditioning, central heating, Bose sound system, hot and cold water and full catering facilities.
